I was super excited to get these for my tall, 42 lb toddler as an alternative to the disposable pull ups for poo accidents and ease of cleaning her up. I ordered the side panel extenders and even on the loosest setting, they cut into her and she complains they hurt. They are very nicely made, and I would definitely love them if they fit better. That is my only complaint. I hope GroVia can come out with some larger trainers for large kids!
Smaller than I anticipated. Even with the larger flex panels. My 2y8mo is wearing them. He likes them and they hold his pee in almost every night. When he’s had more to drink than usual or falls asleep without having peed first , odds are he will wake up wet even with diaper. I’ve been doubling up on Soaking pads and it seems to be helping but then they are tighter than I like.
These work great on the tightest setting for my 2 year old. She is a tall and skinny thing. She treats these like regular panties instead of like diapers because she feels when she is wet right away, and tells me. They work well for trips to the store in case she has more than just a tiny accident. I also appreciate that poop accidents slide right off the material into the toilet, even if they are on the mushy side. The fabric does a great job of wicking away the BMs but still making my toddler notice she is wet. They slide on and off easily, launder well, and are well made. All other trainers are too big on her. If you have a tiny tot, I highly recommend these.
